2. If I need to cancel my reservation, will I receive a refund?

Sonder offers flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to three days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

3. What is the best part of London to stay in?

London is full of exciting activities and neighborhoods. Depending on the kind of trip you are looking for, the top areas include Bayswater, Chelsea, and the West End. All of these neighborhoods are centrally located and offer easy access to all the iconic sights. If you're looking for a change of pace, check out Camden to the North.

5. How many days should I spend in London?

While three days is enough to get a taste of London we recommend staying at least five days if you can. The extra time will give let you space out the fun and allow you to immerse yourself in the city without feeling rushed.
